After the confirmation of the event to the destination, the Salvador and the North Coast CVB focuses on ensuring that the event in question becomes a resounding success. The following supporting services may be offered:

• Destination Promotional material;
• Promotion of the event taking place in Salvador;
• Direct contact with companies and service providers with relevant experience in major events;
• Joint meeting with local government with the organizing committee seeking support for the event;
• Planning and organization of inspection visits to Salvador and the North Coast to present the local infrastructure, and the service providers. It is noteworthy that, upon analysis, we commit ourselves to providing transportation, meals and lodging to decision makers during the inspection visits.
• We offer the possibility of signing a cooperation agreement through which the Salvador and the North Coast Conventions Bureau is committed to sending trained professional to promote the event to another destination, and the typical welcoming hostesses to the airport and the local promotion during the event.
